Thank you to Laura Pavlov for the beautiful ARC copy and Valentine PR for the gifted audiobook. All opinions are my own.
I’m loving this series so much, and these two characters were just so much fun!
A chef mad that this nepo baby rich girl has come to buy his restaurant out from under him, but…maybe he should slow down and actually listen to her? 👀
Bass was the perfect amount of grumpy, which of course, was only for Briar. And watching him thaw to her just had me kicking my feet.
And Briar, pretty much alone in the world, finding this man, this town, and this found family was so wonderful to see. I just love seeing these small town “families” grow as the series continue on.
Loving these friendships, new and old, and already ready for my return trip in the next one!
Audiobook notes: DUET Narration! Jason Clarke and Desirée Ketchum are two of my absolute favorite romance narrators right now, and they both were fantastic in this one, really bringing these two’s banter to life. Loved it!
What this book is giving:
✅ Small Town Romance
✅ DUET Narration
✅ Enemies to Lovers (at least for one of them…👀😂)
✅ Grumpy only for her
✅ He cooks for her
✅ Found Family
