Cord, an ex-male ballerina with some ballet PTSD, who now owns his own Magic Mike -esque club is recruited by Allegra, future principal dancer, to help her be more "sexy" in her dancing. This match provides spice and a love of dancing to a great story.
If you want to read a book that is cute and emotional this is one to read. This book is a combination of Center Stage and Magic Mike (two of my favorite movies). But outside an intriguing plot, you have two characters that are growing as the story goes on. The book provides content warnings at the beginning since there are some topics that are sensitive.
I give this book 4 stars and recommend it to any one who has a love of dance.
