I read the books separately on release but I loved returning to South Chapel and the bonus scenes were a great addition. Sione was probably my least favourite overall of the MMCs but seeing his vulnerable side was interesting as he was such a rock for Hunter and I enjoyed seeing Hunter become that for him. Any time Decker pops up I'm kicking my feet too; his back and forth with Spence was good fun.
My favourite bonus though had to be the one with Greedy and Levi. Greedy is tied with Decker for my favourite Abby Millsaps MMC so I am completely biased but he deserves the world. It may be Hunter's story but Greedy just leaps of the page. I felt so badly for how Greedy was let down by those around him when he was kept in the dark; so much so I held a grudge against a certain character until the apology in the last book. The bonus scene gave me the final piece I was missing and I just loved it for him!
My interpretation of the star system;
3 stars - I enjoyed it; would read the author again
4 stars - I really liked it; I am invested and definitely want more from this author/series
5 stars - I loved it; I engaged with this book completely until I finished it and it is one I will re-read
