Oh how I just LOVE a sweet and spicy little holiday novella, and this is SUCH a good one! 😍
Teaming up a single, divorced mom, alone of the first time over the holidays, with her kids’ (younger) skateboarding coach. There’s swoon, there’s spice, and all in a cute little package.
I loved that these two, while definitely having an age gap, were still sort of at the same “stage” in their lives; it made their coming together in the end all the sweeter. Not to mention his longstanding crush on “Mrs. D”, making him super eager to make it all work. 👀
Loved all the characters, loved the holiday vibes, loved the sweet and sometimes emotional bits, as well as the swoony and saucy bits.
The perfect holiday novella to add to your list for the season! 🙌
Audiobook notes: DUET Narration! New-to-me narrators Ryan Mairs and Artemis Jones really knocked this one out of the park! (Especially Artemis, who really got me feeling some things at certain points. 🥺) Absolutely loved their narration and voices throughout. Definitely hoping to hear more from them in the future!
