This was a good book with an intriguing plot that was suspenseful and had family drama.
From the start you can sense Kane and Annika's chemistry, and the more time they spend together, the more it grows. They both had obstacles to overcome in order to be together because Annika has a very traumatic past and Kane's family is controlling.
The friendships they make along the way made this more interesting. I absolutely loved the found family aspect to this story.
The narrators did a wonderful job portraying these characters. Grace Grant and Christian Black took their roles seriously and made me fall in love with Annika and Kane. It also had me curious about the rest of the series!!
