Book: The Halls of the Vanished by Emilia D'Arcy

Honestly, I think my favorite part about this book, besides the ENTIRE story line, is how the magic system is so little explained in-depth that I couldn't guess a lot of the plot in any kind of detail. Not knowing what was going to happen at every turn was so liberating. I didn't feel like I could glance through parts and still understand what was going on.
My emotional state at the end: Sad and frustrated for Ivy, Ezra and Silas ( rooting for the why choose! ), and literally chewing my nails off for when the baddies show their faces again and hoping that one of them died, because hoping for both is way too much to ask (hello, I need a second book 😂).
Also, I think I missed something at some point regarding Maeve when Ivy and Ezra were discussing Liam . I need to do a reread to check, because I was so invested in what was happening at the time I didn't have the patience to go back 😬.
