Duffy (and her dad and brothers) is a diehard fan of the Minneapolis Coyotes football team. So she's mortified to be labeled Football Karen after she pushes the mascot away from her (he grabbed her butt!). So she agrees to go on a local morning show to clear the air. MVP Connor is asked by the team to help get his team out of the PR nightmare caused by the mascot (who apparently has grabbed many other women). Sparks fly between Connor and Duffy, but will they be able to find a real relationship? As you know Lynn Painter is one of my favorites for a reason. I have loved EVERYTHING she's written. Most of her books fall either in the YA or the Adult category- this one falls in between in the New Adult realm. I really, really enjoyed it- it's not nearly as spicy as her Adult but there's definitely some heat. I will also recommend her books, and this is no exception- especially if you love sports romance!
