Where Lost Souls Fall
The FMC ends up in a different realm where she has to go through trials with her “fated” mate, whom she finds out she isn’t actually fated to. The story has great main characters and interesting secondary characters. The setting was always intriguing and the spice made it even more entertaining and distracted from the sad situation. When introduced to the MMC I wondered if he would be as horrible as described but was happy with the result.
