The third and final book in the Jessie Stanton series is a true delight! Jessie finds herself on the precipice of several decisions- should she appear on a reality show, should she go home to visit Grampy in Louisiana, should she accept Danny's proposal? With the specter of Jessie's ex hanging over her, Jessie finally comes full circle in this novel. The characters are well-defined and the relationships between them are thoughtful and realistic. I found myself emotionally invested in this book and was sad when it was over (purely because I wanted to continue reading about these people!) I truly love reading any Sandra Bricker novel, and this was definitely one of her best!
