The Dogwalkers’ Detective Agency is the debut novel from Michael Hogan, and I will say that I thoroughly enjoyed it! While it centers around murders and the people, both police and the amateur detectives/dogwalkers, who are trying to solve the case, there was a good deal of words on the pages devoted to the real stars, the dogs, which I absolutely loved. As cozy mysteries typically are, this one was a bit silly, pretty punny, and a whole bunch of fumbling along by the amateurs who help nab the killer. If you love mysteries, as I do, and are looking for one on the lighter side, The Dogwalkers’ Detective Agency would be a great one to pick up. 5 out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
