This book is HEAVY! Please check your triggers before diving in. As always Michelle Heard should sell a book and box of tissues as you will need them. Grief is a difficult topic to write about as no grief journey is the same. Kelcie is just trying to live through grief after a brutal attack that killed her parents and sister. When Levi moved next door, he had a motivation and a bit stalkerish vibes. This book was not only for Kelcie but Levi too. The journey was amazing. This book left me with questions about my grief journey. Life is not always easy but sometimes we need to have someone who is willing to be next to us who will buy us a mini cow or just be the person who we can talk to.
