In this clean romance book we meet Maggie and JT. JT is the multimillionaire bachelor who was on a tv show called Millionaire Engagement (the book’s version of the reality TV The Bachelor) Maggie is from California while JT is from Arizona. Both MCs couldn’t have come from more opposite worlds in this book.
I found Maggie’s timid and awkwardness a little off putting. She was so skittish and jumpy about everything in Arizona that it seemed like it took her forever to relax and unwind. While businessman JT was just used to having things his way or no way in the beginning. The pacing was a bit slow for my liking and also not being one who watches reality TV shows like The Bachelor or Bachelorette I found it hard to stay invested in it. If you are someone who likes those shows, then this book is one for you.
