It's the Titanic. if the Titanic was a spaceship, they were in High school and gender-bent. So it felt a little flat since the overarching plot I knew ahead of time of certain plot points what would show up. The ending threw me for a loop and was a bit confusing. I think that was in an effort for the author the add her own spin on the ending and leave it open for a next book should she want to. But it felt very rushed and out of the blue. there were small parts through out that could be linked back to how the ending went. But it was whiplash cause there was no clue even subtle ones that they were related to anything than the main plot so I felt like I missed a chapter or something .
