Oh how I loved how this was written! Barker, the narrator interrupts and talks to you in his own chapters, tells you bits and pieces about the main characters and what's happening/happened. It was cool.
I love seeing a FMC save herself and become strong, and Kordi was just that! She took her years of abuse and became the Puppet Master of the Carnaval.
Drogue, Oh he was so interesting! I loved everything about him. and when she finally folinds out he's her Shadow? The spice!? Phew. So good.
