"My wife had woken up and chosen violence. And, fuck me if it, wasn’t it, the sexiest thing I’d ever seen."
I finished this book three days ago. I needed some time to collect my thoughts because this book was a fun read but the ending of the book left a white space in my brain.
The Dark Lord's Guide to Dating was everything I wanted from a book that is recommended for fans of Assistant of Villain (I loveeee that series). It was an easy read with a lot of fun fantasy perks, but not really high fantasy that I would have issues to follow. The beginning was slow and I had slight truble to stay focused but banter between main characters were pulling enough to keep me reading and in the end it paid off.
Our main character was a fierce, strong willed woman that were admirable from the beginning. It also made me a little confused how was such a strong woman kept by her father but everything clicked together later in the book so my curiosity was fullfiled.
The Dark Lord was through the whole book everything I want from morally black fairytail villain. Kazimir was rutless with everyone but so utterly obssessed with his new bride. Absolutely perfect. But keep in mind he is moraly black his choices toward her are in lots of cases made on selfish motives and some of them give me weird aftertaste especialy the last. So I hope same way as other things clicked through book together this one will be explained in book two.
Other than that chemistry betweenn characters is amazing and spice gived me absolute blast.
Overall this will make great read for every girlie that like a lot of yearning and spice that will make her blush, feminin rage turned to morally gray FMC and mystery that is not to hard on brain.
