Nina is having a rough time- she broke up with her boyfriend, lost her job, and is forced to move back in wither her parents. To make things worse, her childhood best friend, Quentin (who ghosted her when he moved when they were teenagers) has moved back into the other side of the duplex. Quentin wants to fix their friendship by searching for a treasure left by an eccentric businessman in their town. Will it work? I really love Sarah Adler's books- they are fun, with chemistry through the roof, and characters that feel like real people. I've read all three of her books now and I can't wait for more! Highly recommend this one!
