My Favorite Half-Night Stand is a fun take on the pitfalls of internet dating. Millie has a group of four guy friends she hangs out with on a regular basis, with one of them, Reid, being her best friend. they all work for a university in various capacities and when they find out a big gala is coming up, they all agree to create profiles on a dating app to find a date for it. Millie creates great true-to-life profiles for the guys, but her own falls short. So she creates a second profile, which matches to Reid, who is unaware. This was a fast paced read and highly enjoyed seeing how complicated everything became between Millie and Reid. Christina Lauren is quickly becoming one of my go-to reads when I want a fast-paced, fun romantic comedy read.
