Forbidden Reunion is part of a multi-author series called Twisted Oak Valley. Elliot and Garrett are introduced to us in this book. Elliot has no choice but to return home to Twisted Oak Valley after being evicted from his house. Garrett has also returned to town following his medical discharge from the military. Elliot and Garrett have known each other since high school and were both in love, though they never pursued it.
This was an excellent book. Elliot and Garrett shared a connection full of heat. I adored Elliot’s bratty attitude and how Garrett was into it. The way they reunited was incredibly sweet. They never forgot about each other. Elliot and Garrett’s family added some humor to the story. I grew very tired of Elliot’s mother because she was terrible. Being a novella, it made for a brief read. This is a fantastic book for fans of MM romance.
