Thank you to Nisha's Books and Coffee for the ARC — this review is my honest opinion.
Tropes: Age Gap, Boss/Employee, Neurodivergent Rep
Forbidden Obsession belongs to a Multi-Author Series called Twisted Oak Valley.. We are introduced to Leo and Jacob in this novella. Leo is a bestselling writer. He is at Twisted Oak Valley, working on his next book. Jacob, originally from Twisted Oak Valley, has just returned following some issues with his previous job. He eventually takes on the role of Leo's personal assistant. As they start meeting, they begin to grow closer beyond a professional level.
I truly enjoyed reading this book. Leo and Jacob were such a cute couple. This book featured instalove and plenty of spice. This was a great read, and I'd totally recommend it to MM romance fans. Looking forward to checking out the other books in the series.
