Super cute and a bit steamy towards the end. Jo, shop owner, planning to throw a Valentine's festival in her boutique is thwarted by Dean, the fire chief. He's also her son's boss. There's tension noted by townsfolk from the very moment there is an interaction. I love how the viewpoint of both characters was given. And how kiddos on both sides were pushing their parent to pursue. Even Rex, the chief's dog, likes Jo and whines every time they leave jer boutique. Great HEA and interested in reading more from Cindy Ray Hale in the Twin Waves series.
