A fast paced mystery that is dialogue heavy. Both of the characters voices come through easily with their POV. Despite the nature of the writing style being able to follow their trails of evidence to find what really happened is what really keeps you reading. I only wish more of Michael’s background and the emotional connections between the characters was explored more instead of quickly glossed over in favour of the characters logic no nonsense states of mind.
