After life got in the way, I finally managed to finish Law Maker and oh my gosh... it was simply amazing. I am obsessed with the way the book was written. I am obsessed with the characters, I am obsessed with the storyline. The chaos. The intimate scenes were amazingly done, I can't get over the intense parts of the book that had me like;
"No, it can't be..." and "No, surely not" and "No, no, don't let it be that way, it would suck so much" but the writing had my heart racing. The flirtation had ME blushing... I blushed a few times from what was said. Asher is literally one of my favourite characters in a very long time.
Kaia, I felt for her so many fucking times that I wished for things to move along so she didn't need to feel the way she did...
The parents in this story (bar the good ones) god, I wanted to scream at them so badly... it hurt me how it all went down. Life may be life, but that isn't anyway to do it. Parenting isn't that fucking hard...
And the one thing to learn about anything in life, is lying hurts no matter the consequences.
