OK, I had SO much fun with this book!! Blood and Bells was everything I expected and yet so much more!! I knew I was getting a paranormal Christmas Romance; what I was not expecting was a new arrogant cinnamon roll book boyfriend with fangs, side aches and absolutely zero regrets..
Holly and Nick as our two main characters had great banter (which is always what I'm there for), great tension and a true enemies to lovers story line. You truly never knew what was going to be said next.... You know seasonings beatings and all that Imao!
Not only did we have great main characters but the supporting characters were fabulous as well!! Marcy, Ronan and Crinkshaw?! I loved them! They brought so much personality to the story and made the whole crew even more entertaining. Throw in rogue elves, supernatural hi-jinx, and a stolen Christmas tree, and somehow you get this completely bonkers combination that I could not put down. Also I was walking around in 90-100 degree weather craving a hot chocolate of all things!!
This was funny, festive, chaotic and just ridiculously fun!
Christmas has officially been upgraded with the supernatural and just in time for spooky season!!
