Mikhail Rykov is the half brother of Wolfgang the Pakhan of the Bratva. Cecilia is the daughter of the Don of the Cosa Nostra. Mikhail gets caught stalking her and makes a deal with the Don to marry Cecilia for peace between the two organizations. He has no intention of loving her, or hurting her, but you know how these things go!
Both of their background stories are so heartbreaking, and their story of falling for each other is an emotional roller-coaster. I definitely cried a few times while reading.
I really loved reading this, and the Epilogue and Bounse Scean of the HEA for Wolf, Victoria, Mikhail and Cecilia was such a worthy conclusion for the family.
