Thank you to Gay Romance Reviews for the ARC — this review is my honest opinion.
Deck the Halls with Bratva Brawls tells the story of two mafia rivals bound by a truce for the sake of their loved ones. The main characters in this book are Stas and Yurly. At the beginning, we discover that Stas's daughter and Yurly's brother are in love. Stas and Yurly are unhappy about this and tell them they must break up. They eventually run off together and elope. Five years later, they invite Stas and Yurly to their home for Christmas, but only if they behave and call a truce between themselves.
Tropes:
Age Gap | Younger Dominant | Bi-awakening | Enemies-to-Lovers | Forced Proximity
This book was amazing. This has a lot of spice and plenty of action going on. I found myself completely absorbed and couldn't bring myself to put it down. Although Yurly and Stas's relationship seems unusual, their personalities genuinely mesh well. They had some hilarious back-and-forth. I'm all about a good mafia MM romance, and this one totally delivered. Yurly was absolutely wild and hilarious. I had a great time reading this and found it really enjoyable.
Mafia MM fans, you gotta check this out.
