A dark little mermaid retelling?!? Yup. Mafia Romance??!? Yupppppp. Extremely hot morally grey FMC/MMC and masks??!?!?!? Mmmmkay just take my money lol.
This was a great fairytale retelling! I was immediately addicted to the characters and the writing. I plan to go back and read the first book in the series as soon as I can.

There is just something about dark romance that draws you in and captivates you. The tension and the angst, the obsession and yearning, this had everything I look for in a dark read.
