😱<—My face after finishing Blackthorn. Talk about a dark and twisty story. I did not see the level of plot twist there at the end. I feel like I bridged insanity alongside Maven. I was thoroughly engaged in the story so much that I finished the book in one day. Blackthorn combines paranormal and horror themes with a gothic romance for a spicy good time. The audiobook is narrated by Connor Crais, Tara Langella, and Veronica Pace. They each do a fantastic job in their performances. Connor has the perfect voice for dark romance.
