When we meet the first of the "brothers", Alec, I was like, okay sexy man. Controlling, powerful. Knows what he likes. CHECK. Then we meet Ashton, retired MMA fighter, slick, smooth talking, refined. DOUBLE CHECK. Then we meet Seb, internalized, doctor, likes to watch? TRIPLE CHECK. Then we find out Viper, the final corner on our square is the REALLY dangerous member of our quartet, I was like ok, let's go ... he's going to be my favorite, isn't he?
And our FMC? She's got secrets. A past, and an ex-boyfriend I want to throat punch. She also runs a bookstore/bakery with her best friend, and I love them to pieces.
The action, mystery, spice, and intrigue. I love every bit of it.
