Thank you to Valentine PR for the ALC — this review is my honest opinion.
Tropes: Mafia Romance, Enemies to Lovers, Forced Marriage, Black Cat Heroine, ultra-possessive morally gray hero
Dance of Thorns is the sixth book in the Darkest Dance series. The focus of this one is on Bane Antonov and Dove Marchetti. This is a forced marriage, enemies to lovers, Mafia romance.
Believe me when I say that this series has such a strong grip on me right now. I've been a fan of the Darkest Dance series for some time now, but I find the audiobooks to be far superior. I felt fortunate to have the opportunity to listen to Dance of Thorns before its official release. The story stirred up many emotions in me as I read it. The characters Dove and Bane are very complex. Their previous experiences were full of heartbreak. The twist in this book was wild. Blair Thatcher and Jack Calihan delivered an outstanding performance in this narration. They truly highlighted the personalities of Dove and Bane. The spice was really hot as well! I couldn't stop listening to the audiobook. If you're looking for an incredible audiobook, this is it.
