Book: Let Me Show You by Alisha Williams

This is a cute low angst read. Cooper is such a great guy; I have liked him ever since he stood up for Ellie in the Silver Valley U series. Blake was an interesting character too and I enjoyed his journey exploring his feelings for Cooper. I liked the slow burn as they figured things out, so much so I actually preferred the build up rather than after the characters got together.
The only thing that didn't quite click for me was the balance between the friend group. I loved these guys in the SVU books but here it felt like they dragged the focus away from Cooper (particularly Val as she is such a larger than life character) a little and I just wanted more of him and Blake. I would have loved to have seen some more of the off page parts instead like meeting the parents as the SVU parents (with a couple of exceptions) are always amazing and supportive. I did love Val with the darts though (Lexie has the patience of a saint!); she is a brilliant character and I am wondering if she is next for the spin off treatment!

5 stars - I loved it; I engaged with this book completely until I finished it and it is one I will re-read
