A Love Like Mulled Wine, Book 4 in the series, brings us Kieran’s story, and out of everyone in this friendship group, he truly deserved his happily ever after the most. 🥹❤️
Hailey Frost writes the kind of stories that tug on your heartstrings. Many of the characters we've met throughout the series have experienced some form of family trauma, but Kieran’s story genuinely broke my heart. Which made watching him finally find his happily ever after with Brooke all the more satisfying. He deserved every bit of that happiness!
As always, this series is packed with so many adorable pets that you'll want to jump straight into the story just for some furry cuddles! But one of my favourite things about this instalment was the animal shelter and sanctuary. Give me a small-town romance with adorable animals and a place dedicated to helping them, and I’m SOLD!
The story itself is utterly charming, (nobody brings fall and Christmas vibes to life quite like Hailey Frost.) The small-town charm, the markets, the vivid descriptions... EVERYTHING makes you feel as though you're living right there in Wayward Hollow, wandering between the dog-hugging booths with a mug of steaming hot chocolate in your hands. The FOMO for the fictional town is REAL. I'm completely obsessed, and at this point, I would happily pack my bags and move to Wayward Hollow.
