Chris is a good guy. When his best friend Mike asks him to pick up Mike's new girlfriend, Larissa and her mother, Chris agrees. Chris even stays with Larissa while her mother has surgery. Larissa had a choice to make a concert- get a ride home with Mike or with Chris. She picked Mike, but now she's not sure she made the right choice. I really loved this one- Chris and Larissa are drawn together but neither wants to hurt Mike, who is not making the best decisions lately. This one is a slow burn and I honestly was a little worried with how it would turn out. It also has a lot of Easter eggs from her earlier books, which means I may be doing a reread. lol Such a great read!
