This was a great novella, I didn't want to put it down. I think it would work really well as a full novel and has so much potential for the story to be built up more.
I was sad when it ended and I wanted to learn more about the main character, his family and the history of the curse that runs in his family's blood.
Furthermore, I found this easy to read and it made my mind think which I love when books do this, although I did also read it before I went to bed which was probably a bad idea to do as my dreams were weird, but that just shows the impact the book had on me.
I have given it 4/5 because I think it has so much more potential to build on the
story.
