I found myself having a hard time putting this book down! The story was fast-paced and intriguing, and I had so many questions along the way that I just had to keep reading to find the answers.
This story takes place against the backdrop of war and includes a love triangle, forced proximity, steampunk vibes, and blood magic! There was so much happening, and I loved how all of these elements came together to create something unique and captivating.
Best definitely took her time creating this beautiful story, and it truly shows. It was so refreshing to read something different from what I normally pick up, and I’m incredibly grateful to have been part of the ARC team.
I only wish I could experience this book again for the first time! ❤️📖✨
