This book features Theo and Jaxon. Theo, who owns a local bar, has had bad luck with romance. He is very shy and does not have a lot of confidence. Jaxon, a district attorney, is known for being a player. Despite knowing each other for a long time and harboring crushes, Theo and Jaxon never acted on their feelings. When the opportunity to serve as a judge arises for Jaxon, he is advised to improve his conduct. They informed him that a boyfriend could assist with this. Jaxon proposes that Theo pretend to be his boyfriend. Theo was hesitant at first but eventually agreed. Eventually, the lines between fake and real start to fade.. I loved Theo and Jaxon's dynamic. Theo needed someone to show him how wonderful he is and Jaxon needed someone to show him how to love. The story was sweet and didn't have much drama.
Theo was my favorite character. He was incredibly sweet and possessed a gentle shyness. It bothered me when he was hard on himself. All the best things in life were meant for him!
I enjoyed reading this. It was a good fake dating story. All the characters, including the small ones, were awesome. Fake Dating fans will particularly enjoy this.
