My Thoughts:
"That's what it's doing. She threw a verbal grenade into the bond and walked away like a dramatic ghost aunt with boundary issues."
I absolutely love Sadie Owens and her books. You have to be prepared for the world building, and slow process of the story. It is intentional and part of the trilogy format.
Even still, the characters and the circumstances are both fascinating and captivating. The entire story is beautiful and emotional. Evelyn and her three alphas ALL change and grow and it is so moving to watch.
Of course...there is another cliffy. Cliff hangers are kryptonite but if you've followed this story along you can understand why. No spoilers, get reading!
Thank you to Sadie Owens and Literally Yours PR for the ARC opportunity.
