This DID NOT go the way I thought it was..whoo which is amazing because it was even better. This gives Jupiter Rising vibes, with the cut throat dynasties, Old lineage, Old money trying to stay relevant and ever evolving but their currency is blood and the magic it possesses. It has a magical class system lower people of course the wealth stay wealthy because of blood contracts and money. But in between all that you have Aria our FMC trying to survive in a system she despises, knowing she was molded to be one thing but wanting out of the facade. By 80% I was sure I had a handle on how this was going to play out but when THAT twist happened I was floored; by the end I kept trying o turn the page like where's the rest. Along with all this you still get a little spice, sibling rivalry and a love triangle that breaks you.
