This is definitely my favourite of the series so far; I am still suffering from a little spice fatigue (I'm sure Harper mentions they have only been together for three weeks and I am amazed she is still upright at this point!) but the plot in between has me hooked. There are so many questions surrounding Luke's evil dad, who is out to get Harper and the secret surrounding her own dad. The whole sting at the end was a lot of fun and left a cracking cliffhanger. I will be devastated if Kenzie is involved. I love how confident Harper is becoming too and Mollie Stark's delivery of some of Harper's one liners had me cracking up. Any scene with her mum was sweet too even if they inevitably end up with a "are you being safe?" comment!
Luke continues to my favourite. Seeing him slowly fall for Harper just made me melt. Lee Samuels has me swooning one moment and breaking my heart the next as Luke's has to deal with his father's fists. I really like the one-sided friction between Nico and Luke too; it made total sense that Nico would feel that way and I liked how the jealousy was explored. And the communication between the guys was amazing; they put all their cards on the table and although they have done some truly gross things, when it comes to Harper they are all on the same page. I just can't wait to see who is going to bust out the first love you! (I totally want it to be Luke so he gets a first!)

3 stars - I enjoyed it; would read the author again
4 stars - I really liked it; I am invested and definitely want more from this author/series
5 stars - I loved it; I engaged with this book completely until I finished it and it is one I will re-read
