Book: Tease Me by C.S. Berry

This was definitely my favourite of the series - this is the plot I was looking forward to! I loved the reveal of the stalker; it was written in such a way that everyone was suspicious and that suspense is what has had me hooked from the beginning as like Maddison I was constantly ruling people in and out! The spice to plot ratio is still stacked (its high and constant spice) and I was worried the plot would feel rushed but it wasn't; all the threads are resolved and the action in the reveal scenes was great.
The audio continues to be superb; the chemistry is amazing. Michelle Sparks was so good when Maddison went into action mode - the scenes where she went back to her apartment towards the end and had an actual plan and kept her cool when it came to confronting the stalker were great. Throughout the series I felt like I was told Maddison was good at her job so many times but never really saw her doing anything; seeing her make a plan on the hoof and put it into motion outwith the MMCs was really satisfying. I just wished we'd seen more of this development earlier in the series.
The MMCs all have their own moments too. I still found myself frustrated at Coop for being the catalyst for so much angst although he did finally admit his part at one point. I never quite over Noah not being the public boyfriend but I am biased as J F Harding is one of my favourites! I also liked the unpacking of Blake's trust issues and how that was resolved. I love a flash forward and the epilogue is super sweet.
I'm keen to see where Sara's story goes next and if she ever catches Wyatt's attention!

3 stars - I enjoyed it; would read the author again
4 stars - I really liked it; I am invested and definitely want more from this author/series
5 stars - I loved it; I engaged with this book completely until I finished it and it is one I will re-read
