Book: Private Listing Watch Me by C.S. Berry

This was a fast burn, high spice listen and the narrators are all excellent. This is definitely one you will need your headphones for! I can't even pick a favourite as both Sean Masters and JF Harding are on here! I really enjoyed hearing Michelle Sparks in a contemporary role too as I have mostly listened to her in a fantasy setting.
Its 100% a five star narration but the plot stalled at a three for me. I'd have loved a bit more plot but my main sticking point was the time frame; the whole book takes place in less than two weeks and I couldn't quite understand why it was so fast paced. It's an office based romance and I wanted to see Madison in action doing her job that we are told she is good at, and more of her relationships with others in the book as everyone seems to orbit her. I loved the little we saw of her growing relationship with Hope and even if it was just a scene with the mean girls, I'd have liked to have explored more of Madison's character outwith the four MMCs at the office.
The cliffhanger got me good though; I'm intrigued to see if this is someone from Madison's past and if she knows who it is. Little One gave me the absolute creeps!
My interpretation of the star system;
3 stars - I enjoyed it; would read the author again
4 stars - I really liked it; I am invested and definitely want more from this author/series
5 stars - I loved it; I engaged with this book completely until I finished it and it is one I will re-read
