Asystole features Logan and Chase. The first time we meet Logan and Chase is in the Avalanche (Ricochet Ridge) book. Logan flies medevac helicopters and is working through a tough heartbreak. Chase's a resident doctor over at the Boston hospital. Once they meet up again in the hospital, they start a friendship that blossoms into love.
Just like the other Ricochet Ridge books, this one was awesome. Chase was one of my favorite characters ever. I loved how funny he was, his personality was great. I thought it was adorable that he's so into cuddles. Logan's early obsession with Stone seemed too extreme in the book, though he was just right for Chase.
This was a very enjoyable read for me. It featured a lovely slow-building romance, going from friends to lovers and wrapping up with a happy ending. I found myself unable to stop reading this book. It's wonderful that Chase and Stone discovered love together.
