Book: Scars of You by Madi Danielle

Reviewed by SimplySammie

Rating: 5/5

Returning to Amity felt like coming home. Small town people, small town romance, but big drama and big feelings.

Bailey and Wes are neighbors, but they aren't very neighborly. The tension? Delicious. The banter? Swoon worthy? The chemistry? Cataclysmic.

Turns out they are more alike than they want to admit to and when they finally start talking and not just sniping something really beautiful happens.

Madi Danielle grows the universe of Amity so wonderfully here, and the connections beyond are such a joy.

But the characters of Bailey and Wes at the center of this story just ... broke me. Their scars and their journey are so heart-wrenching.

They're also just really hot together. Like scorching. Because Madi knows how to write spice.

Wes can take me for a ride any time... that's all I'm saying.
