Airabeth by Jojo Bee had me interested from the get-go. The action starts almost straight away, and between the steady pacing and suspense, there was always something happening that kept me reading.
I really enjoyed the enemies-to-lovers tension, but the descriptions were probably what stood out most for me. They made everything so easy to picture that I genuinely felt like a fly on the wall watching everything unfold.
The plot felt original and different from what I’ve read before, which was refreshing. If you enjoy fantasy with plenty of action, suspense, great descriptions and some good enemies-to-lovers tension, I’d definitely give this one a go.
Overall, Airabeth was an immersive and enjoyable read that kept me interested from beginning to end.
