I'd like to start by saying as a loyal follower I know i should never be surprised by how you leave us hanging......BUT..... If I though Run Little Liar left us on a brutal Cliffhanger it's nothing compared to the one you just left us with. I just sat there staring at the last page 😳. So don’t mind me over here counting down the days to the next book.
This is book 2 In the Lombardi Legacy trilogy. I have been hooked since Run Litle Liar. ( If you have not read it you MUST read it before this one).
We are brought back into the fold with Chloe and her men. We finally get to really meet Kingston and talk about obsessive lol. We've met him in other series but now we get his backstory and it just made me love him more. He is significantly older than Chloe but that doesn't stop the chemistry between them.
In this book Ryker and Ronnan get to spend a lot of one on one time getting to know each other. This really works in Chloes benefit as they end up being the base of her harem of men.
Chloe and the Lombardi brothers get their first peek at how absolutely unhinged Ryker is which is completely at odds with how he is with Chloe. (Who knew he'd be the one persuading the others to join...in his own way that is haha)
We finally get to see Damon start to crack his walls and that for me is one of the highlights of this book.
Per usual the book leaves us on a cliffhanger that leaves you mad you have to wait for the next one but it wont be long!
