I looovveeee anything and everything that Lyra Parish writes. Most of them are five stars for me except for maybe two of them that just didn't hit the way I wanted to.
But this book? This book is EVERYTHING I wanted from Lyra in a fall book (again). We got the spice, the yearning, the man being down bad without trying to be too obvious about it, and our girl Blaire being ridiculous. Also it was lovely to see a return of the Love Loaf, iykyk, and some of our favorite people from Cozy Creek. I can't wait to see what comes next for some of the side characters in this book, because we know Lyra loves to give them their own books!
