This sequel to All’s Fair in Love and Chaos follows Hell’s Heathens MC Vice President Rhys (aka Sin) and Bristol, a veterinarian who is very much engaged to the wrong man.
Unlike the previous book, this one leans into insta-love with a slow emotional burn. Rhys knows the second he sees her that Bristol is his endgame. She’s warm and compassionate on the outside with a quiet steel spine underneath — the perfect match for a biker with a hard shell and a soft center reserved only for her. Despite Bristol being engaged to another man (absolute forking trash), she can’t ignore the happiness and safety Rhys offers her. She sees the man beneath the leather jacket.
I melt for just about everything Rhys does. He's a bunny dad who has no hesitation using violence to protect what’s his. His secret longing for a woman and family to love had me in a puddle. And when he immediately opened up to Bristol? I was done for. An emotionally available biker who longs for a soulmate connection? Say less.
While the book is marketed as an interconnected standalone, I highly recommend reading All's Fair in Love and Chaos first, since Chaos and Saige appear again throughout this book. If you like morally grey MMCs who bring the heat in the bedroom, you definitely don’t want to skip it.
