Intercepted is the first book in The Coopers series and must be read before continuing with Rushed.
This book contains a lot of football jargon, but even if you don’t understand football, don’t let that stop you from reading it. The second-chance romance, family drama, secrets, and chemistry between Vee and Fin still make it an excellent story.
As a Kentucky reader, I especially enjoyed the Lexington setting and the references to the University of Kentucky and its football program. It was so much fun seeing my state represented in the story!
Vee is determined to prove she deserves her place in her family’s football organization, while Fin—the man who broke her heart fourteen years ago—is suddenly part of the team. Their history creates plenty of tension, but their connection is still impossible to ignore.
And what a cliffhanger! Thankfully, Rushed, book two, is already available because I need to know what happens next.
