A Warrior’s Vow is a mix of battle, violence, humor, witty banter, love, family, empowerment of those who are typically dismissed, cool inventions, and hope, and it all works well together to make an entertaining story full of people you want to cheer on, whether it’s to fall in love or win the battle. The scenes with the kids, especially Mari, Beni, and Sebastian Antonio are some of the best ones that left me giggling. And I loved the glossary in the back! Even though I read the whole book and understood most of the terms through context, there were a few I had forgotten and didn’t know what they meant. This was truly an enjoyable book, and I’m looking forward to book 2! 5 out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
*Please note that there are multiple explicit sex scenes in the book, and while I just flipped past those pages, if you are unwilling or unable to do the same, this book may not be one you will want to pick up. The story is still fantastic without reading those pages, so it’s up to you.
