Their Stolen Moments was an emotional and thought-provoking story. Amanda Hake’s heartfelt writing made me care about both Dane and Madelyn, and their forbidden romance broke my heart.
I appreciated how respectfully the faith storyline was handled. It was an important part of the characters and their difficult choices rather than simply being used as an obstacle to their relationship.

The meaningful and relevant social-justice themes were what stood out to me most. They gave the story additional depth and made it about more than the romance. The ending left me emotional and thinking about everything the characters had experienced.
I gave this book four stars. It is a completely closed-door romance with no on-page spice, making it a good choice for readers who prefer emotional romances without explicit content.
