Love LP's writing style!
OMG, this story was incredible! From the very first page I couldn't put it down! This was a perfect sequel, and I devoured it š
I can totally relate to Phe's struggles, not with the Wielding, of course, but with being always put down with nasty and hurting words. And her inky voice was so disgusting, I can see why she was in a dark place for a while. And why she and Peiro got so well along, they were both broken souls š I loved how their relationship developed, I enjoyed all the spicy scenes, and their growing love, until the very end! š
Of course my heart belongs to Sury, he's the most adorable and funny character, and it's hilarious to see him dying at every turn š
The Giants must really hate him. And he's so loyal to Ora, they're great together! Just like an old married couple...
I really enjoyed knowing about Fyom's family, there were a lot of secrets, but I can truly understand why he said that his wife died. She's such a bitchy wife and mother... I absolutely can't wait to read more about them on the next book!
The expanded world building, the magic system, the pacing, the plot with all its twists and turns... everything was so great, so well written and expressed. I was submerged in the Wieldera World and loved every moment of it!
And that ending was mind blowing! How am I supposed to wait, first for this book to be released, and then for the next one to be written??? š«
This book is a tremendous YES for me! A solid 6ā
